WebMay 15, 2008 · It'd be alot cheaper to buy a 8.8 with the 4.10's and regear the front or grab a 4cyl cherokee front to match the 4.10's out back. Regearing both axles will cost alot more. Dont worry about C-clips. Alot of people run them stock with 35's and have no problems. I'd suggest welding the tubes.
