WebCsgo for some reason boosts the mic level to 100%. Go into control panel and bring the level down to 85% or what ever you feel is good. However once you launch csgo again it will boost your mic back to 100%. There is a a guide on how to make csgo not do that and can be found on YouTube. Good luck
